rely upon
I'm still thinking about the style of articles. However, I have to learn something and make an article. It's the rule I've decided. Today's sentence comes from slashdot.org.
A payment processing security standard forces most South Korean's to rely upon Internet Explorer for online shopping.
"rely upon" is a phase of verb. It means "put trust in with confidence." Though I don't like the browser, there is a scene(or country) we still have to use it. That's too bad..
