Dialogue

A: Hello! Good morning! ABC Corporation Main Office, May I help you?
B: Good morning! May I speak to Mr. Garcia?
A: May I know who is calling please?
B: This is Mr. Cruz of Cruz' Photo Studio.
A: Mr. Garcia, the manager, is currently out of town this week Mr. Cruz. Do you wish to leave a message?
B: Yes. Please tell him I'll drop by in his office next Monday at 9:oo A.M. to hand carry the contract.
A: Okay Mr. Cruz. I'll give him the message the moment he comes in.
B: Thank you.

Note: When you take a message avoid saying, "I'll have him or her call you." The proper words are something like, "I'll ask him to call" or "I'll give him the message the moment he comes in."
