Japanese vocab! Something & Anything 「nanika & nandemo」
How do we say something or anything in Japanese language? Here's a quick lesson from Chika. Another Japanese lesson for everyone.

In Japanese, we tend to say I wanna eat something spicy rather than saying I feel like."
"Something is... can be nanika or koto or mono."
"And anything is a little bit different when we're talking about like 'You can do anything you put your mind to... Anything'!"
"Next, if you want to say I haven't eaten anything. In English, we can use anything combined with a negative to make it nothing but in Japanese we only use nothing. Nothing in Japanese is 'nanimo'."
